Q. How do I make a return or exchange?

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items within 30 days of receipt of purchase.


You are required to pay shipping costs for all returns and exchanges, unless the item is defective. We will pay to ship the new item to you. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (excluding the initial shipping charges, if applicable).

**Please Note: Attic Sale & Final Sale purchases are not eligible for exchange or refund.**

Q. I received a Pomegranate item as a gift; is it eligible for return?

If you received a Pomegranate item a gift and you wish to return it, please  fill out our return and exchange form and mail it along with your item(s) to the address below:

Please include your name, email address, phone number and mailing address with your shipment. Once we receive your return, we’ll email you an electronic gift card for the value of the item(s) purchased that you may use toward a future purchase with us. This transaction will be confidential.

Q. How long will it take to get my refund?

Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 5 business days of receipt and the refund should post to your original payment method method within 72 hours of completion.


Q. What payments do you accept?

We’re happy to accept all major credit cards (VISA, Discover, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Paypal.

Q. How long will it take for my order to ship?

Standard shipping is complimentary for all orders totaling $50 or more placed in the United States. Items shipped via Standard Delivery typically arrive in 5-7 business days, but longer transit times may occur during promotions or peak seasons. Expedited shipping rates (USPS Priority or Express) are also available; rates are calculated during checkout.

Q. Do you ship outside of the US?

Absolutely! International shipping rates are based on order weight and destination; rates are calculated during checkout.

Q. Can I purchase a gift card?

You sure can. Click here to send an electronic gift card to a friend or loved one.

Q. Do you offer gift packaging?

We don’t currently offer gift wrapping, but if you indicate that your order is a gift during checkout we’d be happy to include a complimentary handwritten note and wrap the item in our signature tissue with a Pomegranate sticker.

Q. How do I track my order?

Your tracking information will be automatically emailed to you when the shipping label is created for your order. If you don’t receive an email from us within a few days of placing your order with us, be sure to check your spam folder. Q. Do your clothing items run true to size?

Our clothing generally runs true to size, but is styled for comfort. In some cases, you may want to size down for a more traditional or slimmer fit. You can view our general size chart here; each item also includes “Style Notes” with additional sizing and fit information.

Q. Do you have a physical store?

We do! If you live in Lexington, KY, a nearby city or will just be passing through, we’d love to see you. You can learn more about our retail location here.

Q. Do other stores carry your products?

Q. What size tablecloth should I order?

The 55" square tablecloths are a perfect fit for a standard four-top card table. This size also makes a great topper on a round table that seats four.. The 60" x 90" size fits a standard six-top long table and the 60" x 120" fits an eight-top long table.

Q. What are the care instructions for your tabletop and home items?

All of our cotton and linen items are designed for everyday use and are machine washable in cold water and can be dried on the lowest setting (or hang to dry). You may also use a warm iron as needed on the reverse side of printed linens. Our cashmere-blend pillow covers are dry clean only.

Q. What is the content of your cashmere blends?

Crafted from the finest materials available in the world, our sweaters and throw pillows are made from 70% super-fine merino wool and 30% cashmere for maximum warmth and softness.

Q. Is your apparel machine washable?

Our linen and cotton pieces are designed to be washed in cold water and either hung to dry or tumble dried on the lowest setting. Please refer to the individual care instructions on each item’s garment tag for more information. All sweaters and cashmere-wool blends are dry clean only.

Q. Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are designed in-house in Lexington, KY. Our table linens and resort apparel items are handmade in India by talented artisans. Our signature bourbon glasses and stemless wine glasses are made in the USA. All of the raffia items you see on our website are handmade in Madagascar. Our ceramic mugs and melamine items are sourced from the PRC.
