Shipping & Returns
Standard shipping is complimentary for all orders totaling $125 or more placed in the United States (items typically arrive in 5-7 business days, but longer transit times may occur during peak seasons). Expedited shipping rates (USPS Priority or Express) are also available; rates are calculated during checkout. International shipping rates are based on order weight and destination.
Holiday Shipping Cut-Offs:
Christmas: Wednesday, December 25th, 2020
- USPS Retail Ground Cut-off: Saturday, December 14th
- USPS First-Class Mail Cut-off: Friday, December 20th
- Priority Mail Cut-off: Saturday, December 21st
- Priority Mail Express Cut-off: Monday, December 23rd
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Customers are required to pay shipping costs for all returns and exchanges, unless the item is defective. We will pay for the shipping cost to get the new item to you. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (excluding the initial shipping charges).
