Return Policy
We hope you love your selections as much as we loved designing them.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund for most of our merchandise within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, Pomegranate items must be unused or unworn, unwashed, and have all original packaging, including hang tags.
Memorial Day Sale Orders
Orders placed during our Memorial Day Sale are eligible for return under our standard return policy. Refund returns will incur a 15% restocking fee (minimum $15), deducted from the final refund amount.
Standard return policy rules and exceptions still apply to sale orders. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do I need a return authorization?
Yes. Returns must be authorized through our Return Portal.
- You are responsible for retaining the original shipping packaging or supplying equivalent packaging and securely packaging items.
- Returns damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging are not eligible for refund or store credit and may be discarded.
- Return shipping labels are generated through the return portal and are valid for 28 days from the date the return is opened.
- You are responsible for printing and properly affixing shipping labels.
Pomegranate is not responsible for unauthorized returns. Packages sent with postage due will be returned to sender.
Is my item eligible for return?
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused or unworn, unwashed items with original packaging including hang tags.
Pomegranate does not accept returns for:
- Items without original packaging or hang tags
- Items with soiling, odor, or other visible signs of use
- Items that have been washed, laundered, or treated in any way
- Event tickets
- Gift Cards or Gift Certificates
- Partial returns of bundles. All items in a bundle must be returned together to qualify for a refund. Bundles are not eligible for exchange.
What items are final sale?
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Event tickets
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Shelf Refresh and Attic Sale items (sold as-is)
- Wine Purchases
- In-store clearance purchases
Unauthorized returns of final sale items will not be refunded, credited or returned at our expense. No exceptions will be made.
Are any items or promotions store credit only?
Yes. Orders placed during certain promotional periods are exchange or store credit only and cannot be returned for a refund. The promotions include, but are not limited to Memorial Day, Labor Day, End of Summer, and Black Friday & Cyber Monday.
Are there any fees?
- Exchanges: Free (processed as a new order using store credit)
- Returns for store credit: Free + $5 bonus credit when processed
- Returns for refund: $15 restocking and processing fee deducted from refund
- Cancelled in-transit: 15% restocking fee
Pomegranate reserves the right to modify or impose additional fees prior to processing a cancellations, refund or return.
What about shipping costs?
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
However if we made an error or your item arrived damaged, we’re happy to take a closer look and help make it right. Please email our Customer Care team within 14 days of delivery at customercare@pomegranateinc.com
What is your in-store return policy?
Our return policy also applies to purchases made at our Lexington, KY flagship location with a few in-store specific terms:
- Gifts purchased in-store may be returned for store credit or exchange within 90 days of purchase with a valid gift receipt. Items still must meet our standard return conditions.
- All wine purchases and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I start an online return?
To begin your return or exchange, head to our Return Portal with your order number and shipping zip code handy. Your six-digit order number can be found in your order confirmation email.
How do I find my order number?
Your order confirmation email is the easiest place to find your six-digit order number!
If you only have a packing slip, note that we use two different styles:
- No barcodes: Find your order number in the top right corner.
- With barcodes: Find your order number on the top left, directly under the Pomegranate logo.
For in-store purchases please visit the Lexington, KY store for assistance.
How long do I have to ship my return?
Return shipping labels are valid for 28 days from the date the return is opened.
You are responsible for packaging your return securely, printing and properly attaching the return shipping label. Returns damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging are not eligible for refund or store credit and may be discarded.
How do I exchange an item?
Exchanges can be initiated through our Return Portal.
- Bundled items are not eligible for exchange.
- Instant exchanges cannot be modified once submitted
- Expedited shipping is not available on exchange orders
- Exchanges are processed as new orders made using store credit and cannot be refunded to a different method of payment
How do I return a gift?
If you have received a gift from Pomegranate and would like to return it, we want to help you find something you’ll love. Gifted items can be returned by the recipient for store credit or exchange only and must meet standard return conditions.
You’ll need the six-digit order number to initiate a gift return in the Gift Return Portal. The portal will collect your contact information for the return or exchange and the original purchaser will not be notified.

Can I return an item purchased from my registry?
Yes. Items purchased through a Pomegranate Registry may be returned by the registrant for store credit up to 30 days after the registry event or purchase date, whichever is later. This applies only to Pomegranate Registries and does not apply to third party registries such as the Knot or Zola.

Do you accept returns for product variations?
No. Many of our items are crafted from natural materials or finished by hand and variations in color, texture, design, size and finish are part of their character. These are not considered defects.
Our Hand Block-Printed Textiles are made by talented artisans in India. Variations in color, print placement, and visible block overlaps are inherent to the hand block-printing process and reflection of the artistry behind each piece. Learn more about this process in Our Story.
Our Signature Ceramics are hand-painted by skilled ceramicists in Portugal and Sicily. Subtle differences in color, brushstrokes or details reflect the individual artists and firing batches, giving each piece its unique charm.
What if my order arrived damaged, defective or incorrect?
If your order arrives with a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please notify Customer Care by email within 14 days of delivery at customercare@pomegranateinc.com.
Be sure to include your order number in your email, along with pictures of the issue or incorrect item and tag. Photos of the issue are required for our records before we can proceed with correction or resolution.
If you suspect damage occurred in-transit, photos for the outer shipping packaging are also required for carrier damage claims.
One of my items is missing.
If you are missing any items from your order, please double check your shipping confirmation email or packing slip as your order may have been split into multiple shipments.
If this is not the case, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by email at customercare@pomegranateinc.com. Be sure to include your order number in your email, along with pictures of the items you did receive. Photos of the issue are required for our records before we can proceed with correction or resolution.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your order has been marked delivered by the carrier, Pomegranate is not responsible for any loss or theft.
If you cannot locate your package, a delivery photo may be available through the carrier’s website. Occasionally, packages are placed just out of sight, such as by a side door, garage, or even with a nearby neighbor, so it is worth taking a quick look around if you have not already. If the delivery photo does not look like your home and the location is unfamiliar to you, please contact customer care with your order number.
If you suspect the package was stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting your local authorities to file a police report, which is required to open a stolen package inquiry. If you have filed a police report, please contact customer care for next steps. Be sure to include your order number, a copy of the report and any other relevant details such as security footage.
Does your return policy apply to international orders?
Our standard return policy applies to domestic U.S. orders. International returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Duties, taxes, or customs fees paid by the recipient are not eligible for refund.
- Pomegranate reserves the right to deduct any fees incurred upon return delivery
- Orders not delivered due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs fees, or because of incorrect or incomplete address details, are not eligible for refund. The recipient is responsible for timely payment of all applicable fees and for ensuring the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

How long before I receive my store credit or refund?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your items and issue store credit or a refund. Processing times may be longer during sales or peak periods.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the order. We’re unable to refund credit card charges from previous or separate orders.
- Store credit is issued via email
- Orders placed with store credit or via exchange are only eligible for store credit
- Refunds to your credit or debit card may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Can I use an offer code?
Valid offer codes may be applied at checkout. Limit one code per customer per order, see each specific offer for details and restrictions.
Codes cannot be applied retroactively or to orders placed through the Return Portal, including Instant Exchanges, Shop Now, or Shop Later purchases.
Redemption of Pom Perks Points for a discount at checkout is considered an offer code and cannot be combined with any other promotions or codes. Offer codes are valid for one-time use unless otherwise specified. Exclusions apply.
Price adjustments may be considered within 24 hours of a new promotional period.
This policy applies to purchases made in-store and orders placed online through our website and other platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and the Shop app.
Pomegranate Inc. monitors returns to identify potential misuse of our policies. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange and modify these policies at any time. Return restrictions may be placed on accounts for frequent or excessive returns.
