We’re here to help! Our Customer Care team’s hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Eastern Time and we strive to reply to all inquiries within one business day. Response times may increase during high volume periods but we do our best to keep the estimates accurate & up to date.

How long do I have to return or exchange my order?
Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sale Returns:
Orders placed during our Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sale (November 20, 2024 - December 5, 2024) are not eligible for refunds. All orders placed during the sale are only eligible for exchanges or returns for store-credit.
To make gifting easier this holiday season, we’ve extended our exchange and store-credit window:
Orders placed between November 1, 2024 and December 25, 2024 may be exchanged and returned for store-credit until January 25, 2025. For orders placed outside the Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sale window will be eligible to return for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Standard return policy rules and exceptions still apply to all holiday orders. Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
I’m gifting items in my order, how do I get a gift receipt?
Using your order number and shipping zip code, you can create and share or print as many gift receipts as you need.
How do I return or exchange a gift?
If you have received items from Pomegranate as a gift and wish to return them we want to help you find something you’ll love. Gifted items must meet the same conditions as all returns and can only be returned by the recipient for store credit. You will need the order number to initiate a gift return in the return portal.
