Joining Pom Perks

What are the advantages of joining Pom Perks?

Pom Perks members earn points with every purchase, which can be redeemed at checkout on future orders. You can also earn points for connecting with us on social media and signing up for our emails and texts. Plus, share your birthday, and we’ll give you birthday bonus points!

How do I join Pom Perks?

Joining Pom Perks is easy! Create an account with your name, email address and password. Join now!

Already part of the Pom Fam through a previous purchase? Great news - you’re already enrolled in Pom Perks! Just sign in, and start earning points.

I already have a Pomegranate account. Do I need to create a new account for Pom Perks?

Nope! If you’re already part of the Pom Fam through a previous purchase, you’re automatically enrolled in Pom Perks. Just sign in, and start earning points!

All of your membership info can be found on the Pom Perks page when you're logged in. Check your points balance, membership level and progress towards leveling up!

Will I receive points for purchase I made prior to joining Pom Perks?

What if I have an old email or multiple addresses? Can I combine my accounts and earnings?

Membership Levels

How is my Pom Perks membership level determined?

Your membership level is determined by how much you have spent in the last 12 months.

  • Member: Free to Join
  • Insider: Spend $500+
  • Premium: Spend $1000+
  • Elite: Spend $1500+
How long will I stay at my membership level?

Once you have reached a Pom Perks membership level, you’ll stay there for one full year from the date you earned it. Keep shopping and engaging with Pom Perks to maintain your status or level up!

Earning & Redeeming

How do I earn Pom Perks points?

You’ll earn 50 points just for joining Pom Perks! For every dollar you spend online, you’ll earn 1 point (excluding returns, duties, taxes & shipping).

You can also earn points for connecting with us on social media and signing up for Pomegranate emails and texts. Share your birthday and we’ll give you bonus birthday points!

Can I earn points if I am not logged into my account when I check out?

Yes, you can earn points as long as you checkout with the email address linked to your Pom Perks account.

Can I earn points when I shop in-person?

Yes! Purchases made in-store at our Lexington, KY location are eligible for points. Be sure to give the associate the email linked to your Pom Perks account at checkout.

Please note that purchases made during warehouse sales are not eligible to earn points and points cannot be redeemed on warehouse sales purchases.

How do I redeem my Pom Perks points?

You can redeem points at checkout. Based on your points balance and cart value, select your reward and click 'APPLY.'

How do I redeem my Pom Perks membership level benefits?

Just log in to your Pom Perks account. All your level benefits will be available to you. Make sure you’ve opted in to Pomegranate emails to get updates and info on your level benefits. If you have more questions or concerns please reach out at customercare@pomegranateinc.com or 859.940.1464.

How do I redeem my Elite Level expedited shipping benefit?

To use your expedited shipping benefit, ensure you’re logged in and your cart total is $300+. At checkout, select the expedited shipping option with the price strikethrough—it won’t apply automatically.

When do my Pom Perks points expire?

Points expire 1 year from the date they were earned. Be sure to check your account for the most up-to-date points balance.

Returns & Pom Perks

I leveled up with my last order but now I need to make a return. What will happen to my level status and points?

If you return items, the points earned on those items will be deducted from your points balance. If the return drops your total spend below the threshold for your new membership level, you’ll be moved back to the previous level.

Can I return my order if I redeemed Pom Perks points for a discount?

Yes, if you are returning the entire order, we’ll refund the amount you paid after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be returned to your account.

Troubleshooting

Why didn't I earn points on my purchase?

Make sure you were logged into your Pom Perks account when you checked out. If you checked out as a guest, contact customercare@pomegranateinc.com with your order details and we’ll add your points.

Points won’t be earned if your order was returned or canceled.

Any points earned from purchases that are later returned will be deducted from your balance.

I should have earned points for completing an incentive but my account balance has not changed. Did I get my points?

Please note that it can take a couple minutes to a couple hours for points to arrive in your account. Your ‘Rewards History’ will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, and any redemptions made on your account. If your points still haven’t appeared, contact us at customercare@pomegranateinc.com

I’ve referred several friends but haven’t received any rewards. Is there something else I need to do?

Thank you for sharing Pomegranate with your friends!  To receive referral rewards, your friend must be a first-time customer, and the referral must be made through our referral box or your unique referral link, both found on your Pom Perks page. Once your friend completes their first purchase of $200+, you’ll receive an email notification and your reward will appear in your ‘Rewards History.’
