How to Make a Pomegranate Spritz
Can we make you a Pomegranate Spritz?
A signature cocktail here at Pom, the light and refreshing Pomegranate Spritz is perfect for a springtime brunch, festive holiday gathering, or summer book club pour. It is a less-bitter alternative to an Aperol Spritz and so simple to put together.
Start with ice and our favorite pomegranate liqueur, PAMA. Top that with sparkling rosé (we love Graham Beck Brut Rosé), San Pellegrino, and a garnish of citrus and Pomegranate seeds—of course! It’s that easy. We love the look of a Pomegranate Spritz in a fun glass, like our new Bauble Barware Spritz Glass, but you can also serve it in a wine glass a la an Aperol Spritz.
The cocktail’s layered reds and pinks pair perfectly with bright and cheerful tea towels and cocktail napkins and a colorful bouquet for a beautiful put-together setting. We hope you enjoy it. Cheers!
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ ounces pomegranate liqueur (PAMA)
3 ounces sparkling rosé wine (Graham Beck Brut Rosé)
1 ½ ounces sparkling water (San Pellegrino)
Garnishes of pomegranate seeds and orange wedge
MIX
Add ice and pomegranate liqueur to the bottom of the glass. Top with sparkling wine, then sparkling water, and finish with pomegranate seeds and an orange wedge. Serve with your favorite Pomegranate cocktail napkin, and enjoy!
