Cancellation policy
We get it, sometimes plans change!
Here's how to adjust or cancel an order with us:
To request a modification or cancellation, please reply to your order confirmation email or email customercare@pomegranateinc.com with your six-digit order number as soon as possible.
Standard Orders
We are generally able to accommodate changes or cancellations until your order has been released to our warehouse team for processing and fulfillment.
Orders are released to the warehouse on a rolling basis throughout the business day, Monday–Friday 9AM-6PM Eastern Time. Once your order has entered processing, we're unable to make any further changes or cancellations.
Approved cancellations are refunded to your original method of payment. Please note that credit or debit card refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Expedited Orders
Orders with expedited shipping placed before 11AM ET on business days cannot be modified. These orders are prioritized and often processed immediately.
Instant Exchange Orders
Instant Exchanges submitted through our return portal cannot be modified or cancelled.
Facebook & Instagram Orders
Orders placed through Facebook or Instagram cannot be modified.
Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you're reserving an item that's currently out of stock or not yet available. Payment is collected at checkout and your item will ship to you at a future date.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships. Once fulfilled, our standard return policy applies. View our full Return Policy.
Personalized Items & Custom Orders
Orders for personalized or custom items cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun, as these pieces are made just for you and cannot be resold.
International Orders
International orders cannot be modified and cannot be cancelled once in-transit. International orders that are not delivered due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs fees, or because of incorrect or incomplete address details, are not eligible for refund. The recipient is responsible for timely payment of all applicable fees and for ensuring the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
