Shipping policy

We do our best to get your order on its way quickly, and we’re always here to help if you have questions along the way. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, order changes, and delivery timelines:


Order Processing Times

We strive to fulfill and ship all orders within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays. During sales, holidays or peak periods, processing times may be longer. Visit the Holiday Orders FAQ for more details about holiday timelines, shipping and gifting.

  • Standard Orders: Typically ship within 1-3 business days
  • Expedited Orders: Typically ship within 1-2 business days
    • Orders placed before 11AM ET on business days cannot be modified and usually ship the same day. 
    • Orders placed after 11AM ET on business days will not ship the same day.
    • Saturday delivery is not available on any expedited shipping method. For example, an overnight order placed on Thursday evening will ship on Friday and be delivered on Monday. 

Please note: Expedited delivery estimates shown at checkout reflect the carrier’s timeline after your order leaves our warehouse. They do not include processing time.

$10 Flat Rate on all U.S. orders under $150

Free on all U.S. orders totaling $150+ (before taxes and discounts)

Typically 5-7 business days for addresses serviced by UPS or FedEx, but longer transit times may occur during peak seasons.

For P O Boxes or other addresses that can only be serviced by USPS, delivery times may be longer and subject to USPS delays beyond our control.

Expedited Shipping Calculated at checkout based on order weight & destination

1-3 business days after the order leaves our warehouse

Saturday Delivery is not available


International Shipping

We’re happy to ship internationally!  Rates calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Please note:

  • Duties, taxes and customs fees (including VAT) are not included and may be due upon delivery. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Transit times vary depending on the destination and carrier availability.
  • International orders that are not delivered due to unpaid duties, taxes, or incorrect/incomplete address details are not eligible for refund. The recipient is responsible for timely payment of all applicable fees and ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

 

Shipping Address Changes

We can usually accommodate address changes until your order has been released to our warehouse for processing. Orders are released on a rolling basis throughout the business day (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM ET).

PayPal Orders: Must ship to the address provided at checkout. We cannot change the shipping address after the order is placed.

Shipping Fees

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless we made an error. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you would like the customer care team to take a look at your order or if we can assist in any way.


Returns

We hope you love your selections as much as we loved designing them.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund for most of our merchandise within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, Pomegranate items must be returned unused or unworn, unwashed, and have all original packaging, including hang tags.
